After visiting a quaint bistro in a small barrio of Bogota Colombia... we had a delicious cup of brew that was so smooth and smelled heavenly. Even the presentation was noteworthy!  Later we found out it was from a small batch roaster not far from here.  Bogota's Best was born shortly afterwards.
